Working with Monica was a dream! I was one of the most challenging clients to work with as I didn't have all the information readily available for her to start. However, she was patient, worked with me, & even helped guide me in areas I needed clarification. The client for whom Monica wrote the article, her mother, is very critical of words & how things are said.
